Shipping Policy

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

J & K Living Moments Pty Ltd makes deliveries in both Australia & Worldwide.  A pickup option is available.  

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed.  If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss. 

The address cannot be changed after dispatch.

All deliveries cannot be cancelled once it is left the warehouse.


If a purchase order needs to be cancelled after the item is left the warehouse, the on-forwarded and returned shipping fee + 10% handling fee of the item value need to be paid by the customer


No delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Some parcels sent overseas may be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Customs laws in your country before placing your order.  J & K Living Moments Pty Ltd is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

No refunds or exchange for change of mind.

Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety.  But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered online, please contact us immediately for further assistance. We suggest taking a photo of the received goods so we may assist you more effectively.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example images e-mailed to us of the damaged item).
